Users of Venus assume complete responsibility and risk in their use of any external sites. Users should direct any concerns regarding any externally linked website to its site administrator or webmaster.

Use by Users
Users must be at least 13 years of age or older. The Services are for the personal use of Users only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Venus. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Services, including providing false information during the registration process, collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to Venus is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Services, including but not limited to, deletion of your Member account. Venus may change, suspend or discontinue the Services for any reason, at any time. Venus may also impose limits on certain Services or restrict Users’ access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

Comments and Discussion Groups Terms of Use
In order to make our comments interesting and informative for our Users, the following guidelines must be adhered to by all Users posting and/or viewing comments:
• If a comment is made using your identity or screen name registered with us, it will be deemed to have been posted by you.
• Do not post abusive, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, libelous, offensive or sexually explicit material.
• Do not intentionally make false or misleading statements.

Venus reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including email) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. Venus assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Services for inappropriate Content or conduct. For purposes of this Agreement, “Content” shall include, without limitation, video, film, music, text, communications, software, scripts, graphics, images, audio, information, and interactive features. If at any time Venus chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the Services, Venus nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such Content.

Rights and Usage
When you as a user submit content to or post onto the Venus Site, including forums, comments and your account, you grant Venus a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, license, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, derive revenue or other remuneration from, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any Rights that may exist in such content. You also warrant that the holder of any Rights, including moral rights in such content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights and validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the license stated above.

Anything contained herein to the contrary notwithstanding, by submitting content to any forums, comments or any other area on the Venus network, you hereby expressly permit Venus to identify you by your username (which may be a pseudonym) as the contributor of such content in any publication in any form, media or technology now known or later developed in connection with the content, unless you otherwise notify Venus in writing at the time you submit the content that you do not wish to be identified.

Unauthorized access, distribution, reproduction, copying, retransmission, publication, sale, exploitation (commercial or otherwise), or any other form of transfer of any portion of the Venus network, including but not limited to all content, services, digital products, courses, events, tools or products is hereby expressly prohibited.

Registration Information/Privacy Policy
As a condition to using certain Services, Users may be required to register and provide Venus with a Member name ("Venus Member ID"), an e-mail address and a password. User may not (i) select or use as a Venus Member ID a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; or (ii) use as a Venus Member ID a name subject to any rights of a person other than User without appropriate authorization. Venus reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a Venus Member ID in its discretion. User shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User's Venus password.  Any information provided by you or gathered by Venus or third parties during any visit to the Venus Site shall be subject to the Privacy Policy.

Member Disputes
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users of the Venus Site. Venus reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users.

Subject to Changes Without Notice
Whenever Venus changes its Terms of Use, it will post those changes to this Web page, and other places we deem appropriate to make Users aware of such changes. You agree to be bound by any changes to this Agreement when you use the Services after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes.

Applicable Laws
The Venus Site (excluding linked sites) are controlled by 3logy Media Sdn Bhd (3logy), from its office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By accessing the Venus Site, you and Venus agree that the statutes and laws of Malaysia, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to the use of the Venus Site and/or Services. Those who choose to access Venus from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Venus Site and/or Services is revoked in such jurisdictions.

Venus makes no warranty that the Venus site will meet your requirements, or that the Venus site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, nor does Venus make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Venus site. Venus will not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages, whether foreseeable or not, which may result from the unavailability or malfunction of the Venus site.

You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Venus site is at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.

You understand and agree that Venus does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness for a particular purpose of any information provided in connection with the Venus site. The information is provided with the understanding that neither Venus nor its members, while such members are participating in the Venus site, are engaged in rendering legal, medical, counseling or other professional services or advice. Venus encourages you to seek appropriate professional advice or care for any situation or problem which you may have.

Venus shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused, or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by the information or ideas contained, suggested or referenced in the Venus site, its digital products or services. Your participation in the Venus site is solely at your own risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Venus or through the Venus site, its employees, consultants and/or experts shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.

Venus makes no warranty regarding any goods, services, digital products, events, courses, content, tools or products purchased or obtained through the Venus site or any transactions entered into through the Venus site.

Venus is not responsible for any content on the internet that is contained outside the Venus site. As a convenience to our members, we make no representations as to the quality, suitability, functionality or legality of any sites to which Venus may provide links, and you hereby waive any claim you might have against Venus with respect to such sites.

Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation on Liability
All of the information, Content and Services on the Venus Site are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event will 3logy be liable to any party for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, lost revenues or lost profits, whether incurred by you or a third party, which may result from the use of the Venus Site or any other linked site, even if 3logy is advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances shall 3logy be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the Services, attendance at a 3logy event, from any Content posted on or through the Services, or from the conduct of any Users of the Services, whether online or offline. 3logy cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, 3logy’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to 3logy for the services during the term of membership.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold each of Venus, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, sponsors, successors and assigns harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Venus site, the violation of these Terms of Service by you, or the infringement by you, or any other subscriber or user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Promotional Messages

Venus and/or third parties may, from time to time, send e-mail messages to you containing advertisements, promotions, etc. Venus makes no representation or warranty with respect to the content of any such e-mail messages or any goods or services which may be obtained from such third parties, and you agree that neither Venus nor such third party shall have any liability with respect thereto.

Applicable Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. By registering for or entering the Venus site, you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Other
This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the Venus Site or any of the Services and is further affirmed by you becoming a Member. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and 3logy regarding the use of the Services. The failure of 3logy to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sublicensable by User except with 3logy’s prior written consent. 3logy may transfer, assign or delegate this Agreement and its rights and obligations without consent.

Termination
Either party may terminate the Services at any time by notifying the other party by any means. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
